Ellie cut my hair and did a fantastic job transforming me (as I had quite a bit chopped off!) but for me it was a lot more that just a hair cut. I explained some of the concerns I had with hair loss and Ellie listened, encouraged me and gave me valuable advice. When it was time to blow dry my hai, Ellie took time to show me all the new hair that I had growing. It means a lot to me - I love my new look and I love my new hairdresser!
